This was my first large piece, and also the one where I had the "eureka" moment. It took me a long, long time to complete this work, but the effort was well worth it. What I derive the most pleasure from is that one of my dearest friends now owns this piece, and I often see it "in action". The beauty of it still amazes me, it is indeed striking. I say that, not of my artistry, but of the reflection of color from the glass. This remains one of my favorite pieces to date.
